Honestly, I’ve never played Nethack, although from what I’ve read, it sounds really interesting. I’ll have to check it out for the next time I make a top 50 list (there are other good games I couldn’t fit on there). Thanks for the input!

Don’t worry about it!!!!! It took me many (some might say wasted) years of my life to accumulate such a list. Try out of the games sometime, if you’d like 🙂 I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Lisa, my list has a lot of fun adventure games, which I think you would like. Borrow any game any time you want!!!!! I can’t help the bad feeling though, Bollo

Deus Ex is the only thing I can see being added to the above list aside from the previously mentioned Nethack. I have lots of fond memories of the LucasArts games, and Sam & Max is probably the best of them – though there is stiff competition in the form of Day Of The Tentacle. If you haven’t played it, it is available on the LucasArts website – an absolutely amazing game.

bigwords, Deus Ex was definitely a great game, and would easily have made a top “75” games. If I ever make another top 50, it would make it for sure. And, yes, I love Day of the Tentacle (it was 19 on my list)
